Love it!
This is my #1 guitar. I use this guitar every time I go onstage. It has a solid build and great playability. The low action is ideal for all styles of playing and the sound is quite versatile. The standard Les Paul volume/tone controls allow the player to dial in the perfect tone. The Neck pickup provides a warm almost syrupy tone for southern rock, blues, and jazz. The bridge pickup provides more of a crisp bright sound, ideal for clean leads and high gain applications. Both pickups are equipped with coil-taps, which at a slight decrease in volume, exchange the warm sound of humbuckers to the crisp tinny sound of single coils without the hum. There is also a phase switch that can be activated while both pickups are on.
I've had this guitar for a little over 5 years at this point, and it has been and still is my favorite instrument that I own. While I have many guitars for different types of music, this guitar is the one that I use for everything.
My only complaint is that the wiring is complicated and has a tendency to come loose. That being said, it's a minor problem that anyone with any soldering experience can fix.
I would recommend this guitar to any musician regardless of genre or style. This guitar is the best you're going to get at this price range, and in my opinion, it outplays some Gibson guitars. Save the money and buy Epiphone.

11 years back...
This was my first not starting guitar, I bough it because i love the look of Billie Joe in the DVD Bullet from a Bible, my parents bought it for me in 2009, now 11 years later, after swaping the humbuckers and an attempted try of putting a Bigsby on it, it still with me, no problem whatsoever, it even look better, because with the time the olympic white turn to a cream gold, and It just look amazingly vintage, off course you eventually have to swap things because the gold hardware wears off, but I mean on a budget guitar of-course you have to do it eventually, the neck is chubby, 50's C chubby compared to my ES 335 Block D slim neck, not so heavy, but enough so you know you're hanging a Les Paul Custom, great tone, mahogany body, rosewood fingerboard (when it was more common although I know most Gibson's Customs came with Ebony fingerboards I prefer rosewood). Just keep it in good shape and it will serve you for years

Great Les Paul tone for the price
This was the first real guitar I bought and I can safely say I made the right decision. the tone of the pickups sounds great to my ears in all of the positions and the inclusion of the out of phase switch is a great addition too. the inclusion of the coil splitting feature is something that improves the value of the instrument as a whole, of course it wont be the same as an actual single coil guitar, but it does come close.
Playability is something to mention too, it is smooth in all areas of the neck and helped me to almost instantly improve as a player
I would definitely recommend this to guitar to someone who is considering buying it and doesnt want to shell out lots of money for a Gibson

Amazing
I bought mine from www.gak.co.uk for £429 with a Epiphone hard case. The guitar was set up perfectly straight out the box, only thing I need to adjust was the action as I like it pretty low and the pick up heights to get it to my preferences. I also put heavier strings on, 11-52's as i like heavy strings even though I play E standard.
So the controls are the typical 3 way and 2 vol, 2 tone but also have coil splits and phasing making the guitar really versatile. The guitar has heaps of tone and sustain. The probuckers sound amazing and are pretty comparable to the burstbucker 2 and 3 respectively. In the middle position and both pick ups split and out of phase you get a really quite awesome sounds that i love. The pickups have good dynamics and can do pristine cleans when split and have that typical les paul bite when the full humbucker is used. They can do anything from classic rock to slayer too which is always nice.
The guitar is made from mahogany on both the body and neck with a maple cap, not as thick as the Gibson maple cap but thick enough to affect tone slightly. The fret board is made from rosewood and has mother of pearl inlays which look bad ass. The biding on the body, neck and head stock is also really nice. The guitar has grover tuners and a bone nut.
If you are looking for a reliable and amazing les paul this is it without the £3000 price tag of a Gibson les paul custom
Amazing first guitar
This is my first electric guitar I ever owned and it’s very special to me as it was given to me by a relative from US. It’s also pretty decent in terms of tone and looks for a midrange guitar although I’m quite sick of looking at it as I owned it for a long time.

Very Great Les Paul Tone for a cheap price
If you want to buy a very great sounding guitar that´s not expensive go for epiphone´s custom pro series because they have a killing sound and appearance it´s actually very great with nice finish´s and paintings. It usually come´s with the Epiphone Pro Bucker ( mine has came with the Epiphone Pro Bucker 3 ) that actually sound´s great but , and it already has came with the push pull , humbucking split system , that provides to the user a lot of different tones. i´m improving my sound and playing in concert´s. So , I decided to replace them for Seymour Duncan Whole Lotta Humbucker´s to get a more vintage and original sound and this year I ´ll replace the original Epihone Tune O Matic Bridge for a Bigsby tremollo bar . I´ve been with it for more than two years , love this guitar and I can say that it really changed my life making me wanna play again when i gave up , :) .
Great versatility,ebony fretboard
All round versatility for all styles of music but can get heavy on longer sets

My newest guitar
Ever since I started playing guitar my number one dream guitar was a Les Paul Custom. Well I cant afford a Gibson, but Epiphone's version is definitely something to hold me off until I can. I love this guitar so far, its a White 2013 model, with some kind of Duncan in the Bridge and a swapped out neck pickup as well. I havnt taken them out to check yet but im very happy with how it sounds and plays as is. Cant wait to play it at a show! :D

Great Mid Range LP
I picked this Les Paul not only for its looks but for a perfect "bang for your buck" scenario. This has everything you will ever need from your trusty LP, but it doesn't have an extra £1,000 slapped on for what's definitely not £1,000 worth of upgrades and a Gibson headstock.

Cheap for a Good Les Paul
A more BEAUTIFUL series than Standard Pro series which worth the money out of it.
