trusty piece of shit

i love this thing with my whole heart but it sucks ass. like it is genuinely the most hands-on amp project i have seen in my life, but oh well, she's my favorite

Solid Amp (No pun intended)

Clean channel and reverb unit sounds good, plays well with pedals. Built in chorus is amazing. Good headroom from the twin 65W 12in speakers.

I've never used a red knob solid state fender with chorus.... is it stereo like a JC120?

Yes it's true stereo so it combines to 130W. The Power Chorus was fender's answer to the JC120's popularity, the red knobs (all of them) were made from '87 to '93.
