The guitar is a Gibson ES-345 with the Varitone switch removed, the post for which can still be seen above the neck pup tone knob, between the input and the toggle switch. Also, the split parallelogram inlays on the neck are exclusive to the 345.
In this video of We Are Scientists at BTR Live Studio, Keith Murray can be seen playing a Gibson ES-345 electric guitar in a cherry finish. It has silver hardware and a trapeze tailpiece. The parallelogram neck inlays and Varitone switch identify it as a ES-345. A great look at the entire guitar can be had around 4:00 into the video, as the camera moves down to show the ES-345's body.
EDIT May 2016: In an email exchange with Keith Murray, he confirmed the year of his Gibson ES-345 to be 1966.
Rubin Pollock uses a 1967 Gibson ES-345 Electric Guitar as his main instrument with Kaleo, which he purchased from Carter Vintage Guitars in Nashville, TN. According to an interview with Chris Kies from Premier Guitar, he appreciates the guitar's out-of-phase sounds when both pickups are engaged, although he seldom utilizes the Varitone system typical of many 1960s Gibson ES-345 models.
At 0:33 mark he says his No. 1 is a 1968 Gibson ES-345 with a varitone and a natural mahogany finish.
