Critic Reviews

Pigtronix Constellator Review - Premier Guitar

premierguitar.com

While the Pigtronix Constellator offers rich, warm analog delay sounds and compact design at an attractive price, it suffers from usability issues. The dials are tiny and closely spaced, making adjustments cumbersome for those with larger hands. Furthermore, the lack of battery power limits its versatility. Although it boasts excellent tonal qualities and modulation options, the design flaws may steer some potential users away. If size and precision are not concerns, this pedal could be a valuable addition to your setup.

Pigtronix Constellator and Space Rip Review | GuitarPlayer

guitarplayer.com

Pigtronix's Constellator and Space Rip pedals deliver impressive analog tones and compact designs, making them great additions for any pedalboard. The Constellator excels with rich delay sounds and modulation options, although its fixed vibrato speed might not suit everyone. Meanwhile, the Space Rip offers delightful synth capabilities, though it may take some time to master. Overall, both pedals provide excellent value, but they come with minor quirks that could challenge some users.

Great little delay pedal

This is an analog delay, and it does it delay really well. I compared it to the MXR Carbon Copy and a couple other delays while I was in the store, and just enjoyed this much more. The controls are very straight forward. It also has chorus or vibrato modulation (depending on how you have it set), which can help you make some really space, cool tones. All of this power is contained in a mini-pedal enclosure which is great if you need space. I would recommend this pedal to anyone.
