Squier Classic Vibe ‘50s Stratocaster review | Guitar World

guitarworld.com

Squier's Classic Vibe '50s Stratocaster delivers impressive value and quality, offering vintage-inspired tones at an accessible price. Its Fender-designed Alnico pickups provide a classic Strat sound, while the build quality exceeds expectations for its price range. However, it lacks personality and comes without a gig bag, making it feel a bit 'safe' and predictable. Despite minor issues like the sticky gloss neck, this guitar is a standout choice for beginners and seasoned players alike, rivaling pricier models without breaking the bank.

Amazing guitar for the price!

This was my first electric guitar and I really like it. It has some great tones for playing pretty much any genre, although I usually use it to play indie rock and folk music. Well-built and of pretty good quality for the price! The only thing I don’t like about it is the weight. Mine weights about 7.5 lbs (3.4 kg) and it is a bit heavy for a small person/beginner like me.

Really solid guitar!

This guitar is really one of the better guitars I have played on. Real bang for buck with this one.
