Plays like a dream!
On a whim, I bought one of these from one of my local Guitar Centers. I was thoroughly impressed as to how it felt right out of the box. Literally - the GC associate took it out of its box right before my eyes and presented it to me. After playing it a bit, and recognizing how damn comfortable it was, I bought it and took it home.
After getting better acquainted, I've come to the conclusion that I made an excellent decision.
String action? Bang on.
Pots? Clean as a whistle.
Switches? Solid.
Sound? Incredible!
When playing it clean, I just can't help but be taken in by how clear and bright it sounds. And, thanks to the claws around the pickups, there's no nasty 60 cycle hum, which is always a plus when trying to play late at night and want to keep the volume down. Running it through my Fuzztone, I was blown away. Not a single tonal option - rhythm circuit, lead circuit, one pickup, both pickups, strangle switch on or off - none of them sounded bad at all!
To my ears, it's glassy clear. Like, crystal. Every single note you play will ring out, regardless of whether or not you're running gain into it or not.
If you want a Jag, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this one.

This guitar is so cool
The colors give it that Kurt Cobain grunge vibe and like an indie vibe. The controls are confusing but I understood it very quick.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
My favorite setting is the pick up switch so each time I switch I could go to a loud tone to a quiet town by switching it.
