"I was forutnate enough to work in studios that owned the holy grail vocal mic, the Telefunken U47. The Wunder Audio CM7 is the best evolution of that signature smooth velvety, deep and rich sound. While the original Telefunken mic has been the go-to vocal microphone used to capture every great singer in the past six decades, the Wunder is simply an improvement on that design. The Wunder CM7's more airy top end with a slight scoop in the lower midrange gives you a vocal track that sits in the mix perfectly without requiring any extra treble boosting or low mid cleanup"
