Description
Mud killer as the name says, kills the mud. Controls how much unwanted frequencies enter before the distortion of the amp or pedal, which leaves the tone "muddy". Creating an extremely sharp, cutting edge with lots of gain. Good for Modern Metal in low pitches and special options for rock and blues.
Cool feature: .Switch for Amp channel switching while you engage the pedal.

Need something that sounds even BETTER than the Horizon Devices Precision Drive? Modern metal guitarists, GRAB THIS!
For a very long time I've struggled to find the perfect, ultimate overdrive pedal that would help to tighten up my high-gain metal tone without coloring it in a bad way. For a while I've used the Ibanez TS-9 along with the MXR 10-band EQ to correct the problem; however I've found that the EQ pedal tends to add noise of its own. I would've considered grabbing a Precision Drive; however the problem was, that overdrive is known to color the high-gain tones such that it makes anyone using them sound like Periphery, meaning it's extremely tough to try and nail down your own unique sound.
Enter the Electric Eye Audio Mud Killer Overdrive. Developed by Silas Fernandez, guitarist and YouTuber from Brazil, he created this overdrive pedal with modern metal in mind. He wanted something that can allow us to shape our ultimate boost for the high-gain guitar tones without coloring it in a bad way. And what do you know, the Mud Control of this overdrive pedal is amazing. When you turn up the Mud Control to Skinny, the overdrive is filtered enough such that it emulates the exact cuts of unwanted frequencies, similar to the EQ profile on my MXR EQ. Wow, this is amazing. This is the type of overdrive pedal I WISH I had back in my university years. It would've saved me a lot of hassle.
When I need the ultimate metal guitar tone, I grab the Mud Killer. American and Canadian buyers, you can get this pedal via Reverb.com. If you want an overdrive pedal that doesn't color your tone or add unwanted mud, take a SERIOUS look at the Mud Killer.

Don't buy it....It is a scam business....Collecting money...Ending up with nothing at all....
