'70s Epiphone Crestwood aka ET 275 Demo and Review

getoffsetpodcast.com

The '70s Epiphone Crestwood, or ET-275, is a vintage guitar that offers a unique experience, though not without its quirks. It boasts a distinctively flat neck profile, which may not suit everyone, and a vibrato system that requires considerable effort to use effectively. The guitar's aesthetics are charmingly vintage, yet it falls short of Gibson's quality standards. While the fretboard's thin frets might appeal to some players, the scratchy pots and potential heavy weight could be off-putting to others. Ultimately, this guitar is a mixed bag, best suited for those who appreciate its vintage charm and are willing to overlook its flaws.

Cool yet odd guitar...reminds me of when we weren't afraid to use odd shapes for guitars...

Very cool vintage piece...predicessor of many epiphones to come. Made in Japan, solid body with tremelo. Fretboard is smooth like butter! Just a cool, not your normal guitar!
