Description
A painstaking recreation of Jeff's personal Les Paul.
Collector's Choice guitars from Gibson Custom provide an opportunity for some players around the world to experience the precise look, feel and tone of some of the rarest guitars in history. When they recreate a specific vintage Gibson through hands-on access to it afforded by the generous soul that owns it today, Gibson are able to capture and reproduce its every characteristic in amazing detail: its neck shape, tone, dish carve and wear just to name a few.
Nearly fifty years ago, in Long Beach California, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band started turning heads, emerging as an integral force behind the explosion of rock music tinged with Americana, folk and country that was beginning to dominate radio. Multiple Grammy Awards and millions of albums sales later.
Jeff Hanna continues to make music around the world as one of the band's founding and constant members. During forty-plus of those years on the road, stage and in the studio, Jeff has held, played and formed an inseparable bond with #0-2176, his original 1960 Les Paul Standard.
Includes hardshell case.
