In this live TV performance on the BBC's Later... with Jools Holland, Michael Kiwanuka can be seen playing a Gibson SG Special. It appears to be a vintage model from the late 60s due to its larger, "Batwing" pickguard and apparent age. The guitar has also been modified with a Maestro Vibrola tailpiece, however it is unlikely that he uses it as the arm has been removed. Michael can be seen playing this guitar in many live performances of his song "Hero" from his eponymously-titled 2020 Mercury Prize winning album.
