Fantastic value for money
Budget is a big factor for a hobby musician like me in Moon Price Nation. The local shops here are full of different JBL's, most of them cableless, or even cheaper brazilian Brands. If you are from Brazil and read this, trust me, better not by anthing and safe your money for another month than ever by anything from Multilaser. Never ever!
I was looking for a pair of studio headphones for audio recording and guitar practicing. They therefore had to have a cable (at least 2m long), be closed and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, these are things that are difficult to try out when buying online ("We don't have free return policy here"). So I looked at tests on youtube and compared the usual prices here with my budget.
In the end, I was left with a few headphones (e.g. from OneOdio, AKG, AudioTechnica). In the end, I chose Presonus because the HD9 met my own specification and was available at a reasonable price. Besides, I still hope that Presonus has tuned the sound of their headphones to their own audio interfaces.
I am very happy with my decision. The HD 9 sits comfortably, even for several hours, and the sound has fully met my expectations. The build quality seems to be good. After a few weeks, I can't yet say how the headphones will cope with the climate here.
