The Bonus Software Pays For It.

I had all the inputs and outputs I needed. The ProMax Pres are transparent and no latency issues like with others. Here's what really made the purchase beyond a bargain you get tons of software with it that probaly coats more than what you will pay for it. Their customer service team and forum was easy to work with.

Preferred Settings + Usage:

Thunderbolt Connection - at 3 O'clock and the same on the master volume knob unless I need loud then I nudge it up some. If you need extra loud you could turn up the thunderbolt. When I didn't have an external mic pre I used their built-in 48volt pre and depending on the mic the settings would be around 19-33.
