sobbat DRIVE Breaker DB-2 Like the DB-1, this model has plenty of sustain. This model has a slightly lower distortion level and a slightly rougher sound. It produces a crisp, crisp sound known as the "SRV" sound. It's perfect for guitarists who value "nuance" over number of notes. **If you're looking for a single unit for rhythm guitar or riffs/solos with low/high emphasis, we recommend the original DB-2 model. **If you're looking for a lightly distorted rhythm guitar or a boost for solo work, we recommend the new DB-2S model. Poison、MR.BIGとヴァーツゥ（スタンリー・クラーク・バンド）のギタリストを経て、ソロアルバムでは、「Motherhead Familiy Reunion」のツアーよりGV-1,DB-1、PB1/2を使用。以降のソロ等の活動では前記のエフェクターを使用しているとの事。DB-1はまさに彼のサウンドとして使用しているのは特筆です。また、昨今のブルースアルバムでは、DB-2/GV-1を使用した模様で、ソロツアーではDB-3を使用して頂いています。「Slow」ツアーではBossのTU-2とDB-3のみが足元に・・・セッティングはこんな感じ！とキメていただきました（笑）アルバム「PeaceSign」やこのツアーではシンプルにBOSSのTU-2とDB-4Rのみでした。またブラジル、ヨーロッパツアー用に彼のツアー仕様モデルを開発して使用頂いております。最近（2013年）ビリー・シーン、マイク・ポートノイとThe Winery Dogs を結成。
