In this article, Taylor York says that among his studio gear is a 1958 Les Paul Jr.
The beautiful guitar is also a current mainstay of Urban’s live shows. "This guy has only recently made it back into the rotation," [guitar tech Chris] Miller told Premier Guitar earlier this year. 'It’s one of the crew’s favorites. Everybody loves it. Lately Keith has been using this one for "Kiss a Girl."
The guitar is a 1958 model.
In the music video for “Down In The Tube Station At Midnight” Paul can be seen playing a Gibson Les Paul Junior Double-Cut with a Humbucker pickup in the bridge. I’m unsure whether or not he used the guitar on anything else but you can see it in the video.
