My favorite midi controller
I use it a lot for it's midi and drum sequencer and I use it to play drum racks live. It works seamlessly with Live and it is always my go to instrument whenever I write midi clips or play clips while in session view.
Great instrument
Great controller with many functions within. As all of the gear I try to own it is really flexible. Most of the things I use are automation functions withing Ableton Live and Drum Sequence. My own Racks with personalized Macros also work great. It's a living instrument you need to use it a lot so you can take advantage of it.

Best Ableton controller, period.
Had a Push 1 for a second, but then the Push 2 came out and improved upon it in all the right ways, and I got a killer deal on the upgrade. The screen has been vastly improved, the device is much easier to navigate, and isn't a dust-magnet like the original. Easily the best Ableton controller out there (which isn't surprising, considering this was designed by Ableton in-house). Very pleased!

Had it for 3 days
And it is amazing. Sometimes you just need something to get you going and this is the kind of workflow built for me. Plug in, turn it on and create tracks w/o pausing, click or searching, everything is right in front of you and I've only scratched the surface of its features

I hope this is a useful educational resource for some of you!

"MIDI controllers I use: Ableton Push 2 https://reverb.grsm.io/push-2"
I work with Waves extensively, and they've been very kind in providing me tools, and I work with Spitfire Audio, and they provided me with a bunch of plug-ins for the orchestral demos. I purchased Omnisphere, which I use a lot, and Ableton, which I use a ton, and I have the Push 2, which I not only have live, but I actually did a lot of the writing of Empath with that; a great system." Less is more, he concludes. "Gear — it's sexy, and I think people fetishise gear. But I found that the less gear I have, now, the less options I have, the more I'm able to articulate what it is that I want, quicker.
