Description
The Billy Pilgrim Overdrive by Bookworm Effects.
An TransparentOverdrive with EQ based off of the Classic Silverface Amps we all know and love with Treble and Bass.
A Switch that recreates the sounds of an Amp’s Power Tubes working from a light grit to a mid gain crunch.
Fliping the switch to the right, it recreates the unbalanced near-fuzz of an amp that has a power tube failing.
Pedal name and artwork inspired by Kurt Vonnegut’s “Slaughterhouse Five”.
Top mount jacks, true bypass relay switching, uses standard 9VDC power supplies, Carbon Comp Resistors, and a combination of modern and NOS transistors.
Specs:
• Power: 9 V DC (center negative)

• One main level knob (adjusts output level)
• Toggle “Bomb” switch: Vintage / Modern clipping mode
• Toggle “Necklace” switch: Gain Cut (boosts mids + ~3 dB when engaged)
• Enclosure / Build Handmade in Morgantown, WV
