Description
Embrace the essence of professional studio production with the Keeley 30ms Automatic Double Tracker. This stereo effect pedal provides an array of studio-style doubling effects, enabling you to create a thicker, fuller sound for your instruments. Whether you're playing the guitar, bass, keyboard, or even vocals, the Keeley 30ms is designed to add depth and richness to your audio output.
Inspired by the groundbreaking double tracking methods pioneered by Ken Townsend and John Lennon at Abbey Road Studios, this pedal allows you to take these powerful techniques on the road. It offers altered and detuned effects similar to a chorus pedal, only without the regularity of a LFO oscillator in Dimension Mode. In this mode, you have the ability to craft up to two different voices for a stereo double-tracked field, controlling the tuning and delay for stunning results in mono or stereo.
The Abbey Mode simulates synchronized tape decks running in parallel with varying tape speeds, providing a wide, lush sound without sounding like a conventional chorus pedal. The unique Slapback Mode, designed by the expert team at Keeley, is perfect for creating rockabilly sounds. With the Keeley Abbey Verb added to this mode, you can create truly unique effects.
In Stereo Double Tracker Pro mode, the unit offers complete control over the double-tracked voices, each of which can be tuned up to 30 cents sharp and flat and delayed by up to 30 milliseconds.
Key Features:
- Offers an array of studio-quality doubling effects for a fuller sound
- Includes a reverb that simulates the famous echo chamber in Studio Two of the Abbey Road Studios
- Suitable for guitar, bass, keyboards, and vocals
- Features three switchable modes: Dimension, Abbey Mode, and Slapback
- In Stereo Double Tracker Pro mode, each of the two voices can be tuned up to 30 cents sharp and flat
- Voices are then delayed by up to 30 milliseconds for subtle to distinctive doubling sounds
- Requires a 9V DC power supply (not included) and has a low 65mA power draw
- One-year manufacturer warranty
