Critic Reviews

Lexicon MX300 review | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

The Lexicon MX300 impresses with its stellar reverb quality and ease of use, offering great value for under £300. It integrates well with DAWs, saving CPU resources by handling effects externally. Its robust build and intuitive controls make it a reliable choice, though the 48kHz sample rate may not satisfy audiophiles, and user memory is limited to 99 presets. Overall, a cost-effective, flexible unit with legendary Lexicon sound, ideal for project studios or live sound setups.

Good but...

Great sounding unit with good functions, such as XLR and SPDIF connectivity [I haven't had call to use the USB side of things]. Unfortunately the build quality seems a bit dodgy to me as mine has developed a fault on the Input knob...

Best MultiFX Rack under $500

Great, classic Lexicon Sounds. I love that this works as an AU with the USB cable so it sucks less memory when I'm running logic. Great for the Studio.
