Introducing the Telefunken TF51, a modern reincarnation of the renowned "Austrian" sound linked to vintage Telefunken ELA M 251E and C12 microphones. This gem from the Alchemy Series is not a mere replica of its ancestors but a unique creation that has been meticulously designed, handcrafted, and tested in Telefunken's Connecticut facility. It boasts a smooth midrange, airy highs, and captures every detail of the soundscape with striking clarity.

The TF51 offers an abundance of recording possibilities with its three polar patterns: cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure-8. Its versatility makes it a top choice for vocals, acoustic instruments, and percussion, delivering exceptional results every time.

In the heart of the TF51 lies the 6072A vacuum tube - also found in Telefunken's ELA M 251E and C12 - coupled with an edge-terminated capsule inspired by the historic CK12. It also boasts a custom German-made Haufe transformer, similar to the C12 and 251E. This love for detail and high-quality components lends the TF51 its distinct, creamy sonic profile.
