The Y.O.S. Smoggy Overdrive can be seen on Yusuke's pedalboard in the linked Instagram video, tucked underneath the EHX Ring Thing.

It's hard to make out, but it's a standard pedal enclosure, silver (reflecting lights from the room), in/out jacks on the sides and a DC jack on top, with three silver knobs and an on/off LED to the side of the lowermost knob. In this position on his pedalboard, he's typically used a Shigemori Ruby Stone or a Walrus Audio Voyager. The Smoggy Overdrive would take the role of that gain stage on the board.
