Vintage Analog Delay goodness
Here's a memory man from the 70s. It sounds awesome and its pretty damn good.

What are the controls on the stereo version? I forget. You never see them anymore.
good but faulty
amazing sound, but over the years it started to produce 8khz noise, not very loud but annoying

crack her open and look for a cracked capacitor and if that's not the source of your steady 8k background noise look over the compander circuit, they're a notorious source of trouble in analog delays

In this video that shows longtime U2 guitar tech Dallas Schoo inspecting Edge's Bob Bradshaw-designed rig prior to 1997's PopMart Tour, a Small Cone pedal is visible at the 15-minute 31-second mark (it's in the upper-right corner of the drawer that is pulled out in this shot).
Used during the late 1990s, as can be seen in this photo by Tym Guitars included in Kit Rae's interview with Mascis.
In the middle is the same Ram's Head Big Muff, Deluxe Electric Mistress, and Memory Man, from J's 1997 rig. Note the volume and sustain pots are set to maximum, and the tone pot is set around 55% /12:30 (o'clock). (...) Photos © Hank Reynolds (left, middle) and Tym Guitars (right).

"I use Electro-Harmonix Memory Man (Stereo) delay, i equalise and distort the sound inside a little Mackie mixer."
A member of CHON wrote in their second reddit AMA that Erick uses this pedal. You can hear it in effect in the studio version of the song "Book" as well as in some live shows, such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kabrEkr8quo at 9:19, where you can also see Erick stepping on the pedal (which is out of sight) to activate it. The effect is more easily heard at 9:26 in the video.
