Brilliant Quality Mic and Headphones for the Professional Sound!!!
I got the Scarlett 2i2 as a bundle for Christmas one year, and now I have the capability to record everything from Guitars to Vocals quickly and effortlessly. The best feature is that it has a built in preamp for the warm vocals that you'd expect from a professional studio.
I rate it 10/10!!!!
Great for the price
I bought this so i could hook my monitors on my pc, and record my keyboard, mic etc... The pre-amps are ok, the build quality is decent. Sometimes when I start my pc, it makes a weird noise instead of playing audio, but when i reconnect it, it works normal, so it isn't a big issue.

Great for the price!
Great for the price! The headphone amp could be louder. I love the fact that it is made with metal. Doesn't feel cheap. I purchased it over 2 years ago, still works great! $129 or $150 is the regular price as of may 2016. I love my purchase but would probably pick a unit with more in and outs over this product.
trusty
had mine 5 years so far and its still working (although the right channel is not as loud as the left channel)

Good for recording in good quality
I don't have this exactly same USB interface but almost the same. Mine has one line and one microphone inputs but this one has two midi inputs. Anyway the sound quality is good and I've used to record drums (through an 8 channel mixer) and guitar and bass.

Used on Both of Our Albums
We used two of these while recording our first two albums. The sound quality was always excellent, and the mic pres are what you expect from Focusrite. Three years later, and both are still running as new.

Fantastic starter interface, but if you really get into music production you will outgrow it quickly.
