Description
The JHS The AT+ Andy Timmons Signature pedal captures the warm, rich tones of British tube amplifiers in a compact, versatile package. This pedal is the result of a close collaboration between JHS and Andy Timmons, bringing to life the soaring overdrive and distortion that Timmons is known for. The AT+ is not just a simple overdrive pedal. It boasts an independent foot-switchable boost that adds more saturation and definition when you need it. This feature essentially creates a second channel and gain stage for the pedal, making it a highly versatile addition to any pedalboard.
The AT+ pedal retains the same drive channel as the original AT pedal, with controls including Volume, EQ, Drive, Air, and a unique three-way toggle for 25-watt, 50-watt, or 100-watt modes. This allows you to craft your tone with precision, from high gain blues to thunderous distortion. The three-way toggle gives you the feel of different wattage amplifiers, providing a range of compression and saturation options to match your playing style. The AT+ Andy Timmons Signature pedal is a testament to JHS's commitment to delivering high-quality, player-focused gear.

As explained by Josh Scott of JHS in an August 12, 2020 livestream at 44:10, the boost side of the AT+ is a fixed-parameter replica of Timmons’ TS808.
…and then you have a boost which is literally Andy Timmons’ vintage TS808, where I—I don’t think anybody knows this. Never took the time to think about this. I took his 808, the actual one he’s toured with for years and years. He taped the settings where he used them, I fixed all the parameters and this is the volume knob of that. [points to “Boost” potentiometer] So you’re actually getting an actual Tube Screamer in here. You can’t control it, ‘cause you shouldn’t… hehehe, but, it’s a mid-boosted… It’s an overdrive in its own right.
