    Source

Mods and upgrades

  • Some users recommend supplementing the Helix LT with external pitch pedals or analog overdrives to alleviate DSP limitations, especially for complex signal chains.

    Source
  • Some users replace the stock power supply with alternatives like the Cioks DC7 or Sweetfoot to avoid the cumbersome default power brick.

    Source

Features and functionality

  • The Helix LT allows for dual stereo outputs, enabling separate acoustic and electric tones simultaneously, ideal for performers needing diverse soundscapes within a single performance setup.

This thing is MONEY!

I've been a Line 6 user for years... POD, POD X3 Live, POD HD500, POD HD 500X and have been THRILLED to this point... spent countless hours crafting, honing and creating new sounds that are arguably genre-bending, inventive and well... I like them!

I unboxed the HELIX and was impressed by the build quality - overwhelmingly so! Its a tank, a SEXY TANK!!!!

Then the sound quality... its amazing... just amazing! I am working on my own sounds and am just blown away by the sounds that come shipped with it... just AMAZED!

The quality is SUPERB!!!

Tone built to last

I've used Line 6 PODs (xT Live, then the HD500) live for years, but always felt they weren't rugged (broke the power jack on one) and weren't easily tweakable on the fly. The Helix, on the other hand, is built like a tank and incredibly easy to use.

martin_crane

Ultimate FRFR multi-FX.

Every now and then a piece of equipment comes along that sets the guitar world on fire. Helix is all that you need and more. Imagine your ultimate rig, use Helix to build it and set the world on fire.

This is the little brother of the Helix, which uses just a single DSP as opposed to the 2 in Helix and less in/out options. Exactly the same sound engine, less money. Probably best used as a "Fly Rig" for gigging musicians.
