A great piece of kit
Simple to use, one knob and a switch.
Minimum rate : Add tasteful shimmer
maximum rate : Airy and spacious rotary sounds.
Adds something very musical to your signal. Works equally well with electric and electro-acoustic guitars.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Well, seeing as this box only has the single control, it's like during on a tap, the more you turn the more you get. But 10 o'clock is my go to.

great analog chorus. deceptively versatile.
the single knob takes you from light flanging to syrupy rotating speaker goodness. my only small gripe with it is that it's yellow.

Cool but highly limited Chorus.
It sounds great, it's a super high quality effect... What can I say? But it gets boring, it only has one knob and it gets... well, boring. I like to mess around with stuff, and don't get me wrong, you can get all from shimmery choruses from the 80's, to come as you are, to some rotary speaker sounding stuff with this pedal, but it only has one knob. What you see is what you get, and what you get is a great sounding pedal with a cool range of sounds, but you won't get an original chorus sound with this.

The one-knobbies like this, the Phase 90, EHX Small Stone and Small clone etc are great when you are gigging all the time. Put one heavy sharpie line down and you can get your settings back every night. They are not fun to play with but consistency is easy and both MXR and EHX did a good job designing pedals that sound good without tinkering. I swore by my 1st edition Small Stone phaser for years as a hired gun because it got a classic phaser sound that will replicate whats on most artist's records just by pushing 1 big knob to about 50%.

Absolutely no ideia how a one knob pedal can be better than this!
Amazing sound and nothing could be more simple than to deal with just one knob, and this little box can do magic, all the way up it can fake a leslie sound, all the way down it reminds a subtle phaser sound, but only playing at one of this to hear how it sounds great witch clean or dirty sounds.

"On this album I also added an MXR Micro Chorus... The Micro Chorus was just for things like So We Won’t Forget, and also Pelota, just to emulate a double-course instrument. That is why I’m using chorus, to get that two-string sound."

The middle chorus sounds alright but a bit bland. The small clone has more character and an extra depth control.
