Description

The Fender American Professional Telecaster is where timeless design meets modern innovation, embodying the spirit of an era while pushing the boundaries of what an electric guitar can achieve. Crafted with an alder body and a sleek maple neck, this Telecaster is a testament to Fender's commitment to quality and precision. The maple fretboard adorned with 22 vintage tall frets provides a smooth playing experience, making it perfect for both intricate solos and rhythmic strumming.

What sets this Telecaster apart are the V-Mod II single-coil pickups, meticulously designed by the legendary Tim Shaw. These pickups ensure that each note sings with clarity, capturing the classic Tele twang with an added layer of versatility. Whether you're dialing in a classic rock crunch or a bluesy shimmer, the treble bleed circuit keeps your tone consistent even at lower volumes, ensuring your sound remains vibrant and full-bodied.

A Deep C neck profile and a 9.5" radius make this guitar comfortable for all playing styles, while the string-through-body bridge with compensated brass saddles enhances sustain and intonation. Finished in a striking black, this American-made guitar comes with a case, ready to be your trusted companion on stage or in the studio.

Fender American Professional Stratocaster & Telecaster Review

guitar.com

The Fender American Professional Telecaster impresses with its refined features and high-quality construction, offering a blend of vintage charm and modern functionality. The V-Mod pickups deliver a bright, clear tone with an engaging depth, suitable for a range of styles from twangy country to driven rock. The new 'Modern Deep-C' neck profile is comfortable and less generic than previous models, enhancing playability. However, the Telecaster's scratchplate and bridge plate exhibit some rough edges, hinting at minor quality control issues. Despite these small setbacks, the guitar's overall sound and build elevate it beyond a standard workhorse, making it a worthy investment for serious players.

Reviewed: Fender American Professional Telecaster - Mixdown Magazine

mixdownmag.com.au

The Fender American Professional Telecaster is a fresh take on a classic, blending vintage aesthetics with modern playability. Its 'modern deep C' fretboard and compensated brass saddles enhance playability and sustain, while the neck pickup delivers the quintessential Tele twang. Though the frets could use refinement, the guitar is otherwise a joy to play. Its finish may be thick for some, but the overall design is pleasing, with fresh color options. For those seeking a Tele with a nod to the past but modernized for today’s player, this model is a compelling choice.

Best Sounding & Feeling Tele I've Played Recently

Guitar sounds & feels great. I can cover almost any genre I can think of with this guitar. It really let's me be me. I believe like Jeff Beck & many other's. If you want to become a better guitar player. Pick up a Telecaster. It's the one guitar that will not hide your mistakes. It will force you to learn better technique.

Perfect straight out of the case

Guitar arrived in tune and with nice low setup. Pickups are modern in style with high output. Treble bleed circuit is excellent and enables the volume control to be used to moderate the drive but without changing tone. Tonal range is excellent and stays in tune. Nice slim, smooth neck.

My best Rhythm Guitar

I like it's 1 volume , 1 tone. It's simple but sound so nice.

I like it more than any other guitars! It has it's own character. When I just stroke, or playing arpeggio, it makes me smile.

Never gonna sell it ever!

I wasn’t really thinking about making it sound a certain way. I used Fender American Pro series Tele that was gifted to me by Fender. I used a Vox amp on some of it, some of it I plugged directly in. I used an American Pro series Stratocaster and there was some acoustic guitar in one of the tracks, that acoustic guitar was a Martin guitar that our producer had. Really, it was just using the instruments I had around me.
