VOX Delaylab Pedal Review - Premier Guitar

premierguitar.com

The Vox DelayLab is a versatile powerhouse for delay enthusiasts, offering 30 delay types and three looping modes. Its intuitive interface and solid construction make it a reliable choice for both experimentalists and traditionalists. While it may not perfectly replicate every vintage delay nuance, its broad range of features, including expression pedal capabilities and intelligent preset systems, provide ample creative freedom. A bit bulky, with some delays lacking full authenticity, yet its live performance strengths and ease of use make it a formidable tool for guitarists seeking sonic versatility. At $229, it's a strong contender in the delay market.

Vox DelayLab review | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

The Vox DelayLab is a versatile delay pedal that stands out with its ease of programming and the ability to access three different delay settings instantly, making it a great tool for live performances. Its robust construction and intuitive design allow for precise control over delay times, which can be set to the exact millisecond or adjusted via tap tempo. The inclusion of a stereo looper with 28 seconds of recording time adds further value. Although it occupies more pedalboard space than some competitors, its wide range of delay types and seamless patch switching make it a superb choice for guitarists seeking flexibility and creativity on stage.

:)

I use this for its reverse feature which is nice but I feel you could possibly get more out of a reverse reverb pedal like the electro harmonix cathedral. All depends on what you're doing.:). I also really use this for the looping feature. it's only 28 sec with 12 loops I believe. but is nice to have a looper that I can still experiment with. I like how you can adjust the volume of the loop and the bypassed signal to get a balanced sound if playing live. This really is almost identical to the green line 6 looper which I suggest is better for what it is.

one of the best pedals

this big one works like a delay, an octave n pitch pedal, a chorus, tremolo, reverb, looper, phaser... one of the greatest pedals in this life...big size maybe a problem, but thinking in all the features inside its a great deal...

Really really useful

Easy to set up and comes with a lot of room for customs settings (that's why i got this one and not the over rated DL4) The sound is quite amazing for the price just tweak it well and read the manual
