The Memorymoog uniquely combines a 100 patch memory slot system with a six-voice polyphony, offering an unparalleled polysynth experience with the distinct triple VCO Moog flavor. Available in two models, the basic and the Plus, the latter is especially sought after for its rudimentary MIDI implementation. However, it's common to find both models retrofitted with updated MIDI setups, enhanced oscillator stability, and more, bringing a modern touch to this classic instrument.

In the video in which Moonlight Matters is taking Future Music Magazine on a tour of his studio, at 0:30:52 he says "Next we are going to move to the Memorymoog which is probably one of my favourite synths".
Aldo Nova confirmed the use of the Moog Memorymoog on his "Subject" album through an Instagram post, where he described it as the "Almighty Beast" of synthesizers. He noted, "This is the same one I used for my 'Subject' album and it still has all the sounds that I used still in it." The synthesizer, modified by Bob Moog himself, was praised for its stability and unique features, such as being polyphonic and having 18 oscillators that can be stacked in Unison mode.
