In a YouTube video titled "Soundgarden - 1987-02-14 Seattle, WA" uploaded by pjvideoguy, at the timestamp 6:26, Kim Thayil is seen using a Fender Super Reverb Combo Amp in the lower-left corner of the screen. The amp's front square shape matches the characteristics of the 50W Super Reverb model. Additionally, a Fender Bassman head, which has 45W of power, appears to be placed on top of the amp.
