Deep and phat Sounds
The Moog Sub Phatty is one of my favourite Instruments in my Set-Up. I use it for deep Bass-Lines to create a shocking and punching bass sound together with a bass player. But even in the high notes, the Sub Phatty can be used to create synth-solo sounds, which is very nice if you ask me. The whole Instrument is very easy to handle if you can relate to basics of synthesizer electronics and techniques. A must have for all the key-playing-mad-scientists out there ^

Best Entry Into The Moog World For The Money
I have really enjoyed working with this piece of hardware a lot. I'm still working on developing custom patches for it, and using Moog's Librarian VST to back them up and push them. Almost have it automatically changing patches as I move through live sets at this point. ;)
Could have more preset space
My Moog Source only can hold 16 presets at a time. I bought this as a backup, and felt that with new cheap memory space this baby could hold a few more presets at one time.

Great synth
This synth is great. It has all the necessary equipment that a synth would need. I would just like if it had a Sequencer or arpeggiator.

Wait, a sequencer? But, but... but, Rory, its a moog... my inner purist is freaking out right now. Time to call my therapist.
