One of the most expressive overdrives I've used
This was my first pedal, i got it a while back from a local music shop, i tried it out but i didn't quite know what to look for in a pedal feature wise, as i was just getting into effects. i knew it sounded good though, so i bought it. I've done many gigs and shows on this wonderful machine and won't be leaving my board anytime soon, you can get clean boost, treble boost, tube screamer, even fuzz if you dime all the knobs, for the price, this really can't be beat and is without a doubt one of my favorite OD pedals, i highly recommend it.

Versatile, tube-like drive
Confession: I didn't intend to buy this, but I ended up getting it as a package deal with a Neo Clone. Truth be told, it has become one of my favorite drive pedals. It has almost a natural tube-like overdrive sound. Perhaps like a tubescreamer? Your mileage may vary, but out of the several drive pedals I have, this one vies for the top spot with my Boss SD-1.

I'm not selling it...nope.
I'm an overdrive guy, I've never been much of a distortion pedals guy (with the exception of Fuzz but that's different anyway). This guy is my favorite "contemporary" OD pedal. That said I'm not a heavy "tone seeker" to the level of some of my peers. I do know that among those tone seekers they all seem to really dig the Crayon. I almost exclusively use it with the Keeley Compressor. The 2 together are just fucking amazing, at least for me.
Check it out- we're talking about a area of pedals that is so heavily dependent on your guitar, amp, & pedal board set up+ your own personal tastes, etc. I'd rather you check it out it any local guitar shop yourself but I'd definitely recommend you do. It works wicked for me. Loves this little guy.

No need for Op-Amp
Crayon got all the colours of Billy Corgan, and then some, without the Op-Amp moniker.

Nice clean and versatile overdrive.
Nice clean overdrive. It can be use like a booster or great overdrive , and very versatile with the low and high knobs. I choose this pedal over a tubescreamer or similars, cause its cristal clear .

Great small pedal
I wasn't happy with my old Distortion Pedal and then I got recommended to buy this and now it's not going anytime soon. Gives me that overdrive to really push my sound and if I wanted to push the knobs all the way, my amp would probably not handle it.

Very Good OD pedal
I really like this pedal. It works really well for boosting other overdrive or distortion pedals. It's also good for getting a light crunch. I highly recommend it and I would say its one of the best "cheaper" pedals.
pretty good
amazing drive pedal that can get very near distortion levels sounds really good in use with clean amp and i would happily put it up against a tube screamer 808 or ts9
