Description

JHS The Milkman is a remarkable fusion of ideas from Josh Scott of JHS Pedals and Tim Marcus of Milkman Sound. With a simple yet powerful concept, this 2-in-1 pedal offers an echo/slap delay and a boost that can be utilized as an always-on enhancer or overdrive for small-wattage amplifiers. Designed with a compact footprint that seamlessly fits into any player's rig, the Milkman offers a perfect blend of simplicity and functionality.

The right side of the pedal features a discreet amplifier-based boost with an impressive range of power and character. Use it at low unity gain as an always-on enhancer to fatten up and clarify your tone, or crank it up to push your tube amplifier into a sweet natural overdrive.

On the left side, you find the echo/slap delay circuit, a hybrid of tape echo and analog BBD delay designed for shorter vintage slap-back delay times. With easy-to-use controls, you can adjust the delay time, effect level, number of echoes, and brightness of your echo to achieve your desired sound.

The Milkman comes with two-in-one footswitching, allowing either effect to be used separately or together. It uses standard 9v DC negative power only, making it a versatile addition to any rig.

Key Features:

  • 2-in-1 pedal offering an echo/slap delay and a boost

Intentionally limited

Rockabilly and slapback with essentially a master volume or a lightly crispy boost. If that's what you need this will do it with flying colors. Just dont expect it to do anything else.
